The project consisted of a 1,100 sq.m.fit-out of an existing building to facilitate 100 PROMETRIC personnel to a new Headquarters building in Dublin 2.
The project was carried out following completion of due diligence exercise by Lafferty which included simultaneous programming / completion of Landlord works and plant resuscitation. Lafferty’s strategy for the delivery of the project in line with the Client’s challenging time scale was to continue the involvement of the due diligence team which familiarised itself with the requirements for the fit-out and the design of the subject property during the due diligence study. Lafferty acted as a single point of responsibility to the Client, managing the provision of Project Management, Architectural and full design services as required. We employed our 3D CAD modelling facility for space planning, visualisation and scheduling [system furniture] which facilitated prompt decision making in respect of selection of finishes and furniture layouts. The scope included office fit-out, installation of comms room, staff canteen, games room, alterations to building services installations including mechanical, electrical and security systems including access control from shared Landlord areas [car park, reception, cores].
