| The project consisted of a 8,600 sq.ft. fit-out of existing building to facilitate relocation of 70 Renault personnel to a new headquarters building in Dublin 14. Lafferty’ strategy for the delivery of the project in line with the Client’s challenging time scale was to assemble a hand-picked team of consultants and contractor all of whom had previous experience of fit-out projects at the subject property. Lafferty acted as a single point of responsibility to the Client, managing the provision of Project Management, Architectural and full design services as required. We employed our 3D CAD modelling facility for space planning, visualisation and scheduling [system furniture] which facilitated prompt decision making in respect of selection of finishes and furniture layouts. The scope included office fit-out, installation of comms room, staff canteen, car show room at basement car park level, alterations to building services installations including mechanical, electrical and security systems including access control from shared Landlord areas [basement car park, reception, cores]. The project was delivered within programme and budget and achieved a high design standard. |

‘We were very fortunate to procure the services of Lafferty Project Management and Design in that they were completely at our disposal during the 10 months from the planning stage until our staff had moved in and settled. They advised us every step of the way and despite some concerns, they brought the project in on time and under budget.
